We haven't had a chance to really start framing yet because of the cold weather and snow but we decided it would be a good idea to at least push the roof back out to its original form. We did this by rigging up two jack-alls to slowly push the roof back up which will stop the risk of more ice collecting on the top and warping our frame even more.
Now she's starting to look better, after grinding off the interior of all the extra fiberglass remains and left over insulation, and a fresh coat of primer to make finding and repairing holes on the inside of the shell easier.
